If your order is taking longer than expected — read this first.
Shipping anxiety is real. You paid for something, tracking hasn't updated in days, and your mind goes to the worst place.
Before you assume something went wrong, read this page. Most of the time, nothing is wrong. But we'd rather explain the full picture than leave you guessing.
Where JenniBag ships from — the honest answer
JenniBag is a US-registered company with warehouses in California and Texas. Most orders ship directly from one of those two US locations.
However — and this is the honest part — sometimes those warehouses run low on stock. When that happens, rather than make you wait weeks for a US restock, we ship your order directly from our factory overseas via express air shipping. The bag is the same. The journey is just different.

Direct Factory Shipping
In both cases, you get a real tracking number. In both cases, the bag is the same product. The difference is the route — not the destination.
"Ships from China" — why this shows up and what it actually means
If you've seen shipping notifications or tracking updates that mention China as an origin point, here's what's happening: your order is coming directly from our manufacturing facility via express air freight because our US warehouse was temporarily out of stock at the time of your order.
Here's the context: almost every soft-sided travel bag brand — at every price point — manufactures in Asia. The difference between a legitimate brand and a scam isn't where things are made. It's whether the product arrives, whether it matches what was advertised, and whether there's a real company behind it if something goes wrong.
When JenniBag ships express air from factory, it arrives in 6–10 business days. It goes through full customs and carrier handoff. It comes with tracking. And there's a 6-person support team at [email protected] if anything doesn't arrive as expected.
What tracking actually looks like — and when gaps are normal
Here's the honest reality of international package tracking that most brands don't explain:
If tracking hasn't updated at all for more than 5 consecutive business days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed with no delivery — that's when you email us at contact@jennibag.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and follow up.
Why shipping has sometimes felt inconsistent — and what's changing
We want to be straight about why some past customers had frustrating shipping experiences.
Until recently, we were managing inventory reactively — restocking US warehouses as demand came in. This meant that during high-demand periods (holidays, sale events, viral moments), US stock would deplete faster than we could replenish it, and more orders would route through factory direct shipping.
6–10 days is longer than what most customers expect when they order from a US-based brand. Combined with the tracking gaps explained above, it created anxiety that sometimes turned into support tickets, and in some cases, 1-star reviews from customers who assumed the worst before their package actually arrived.
We heard it. We're fixing the root cause — not just the symptoms.
What's changing: 2–5 day shipping from July 2026
Since the end of May 2026, our team has been executing a full inventory overhaul.
We've partnered with a new warehouse provider that allows for significantly larger inventory capacity. We've shifted to ocean freight planning with 3-month forward inventory — which requires a longer lead time to set up but results in consistently stocked US warehouses.
The production and logistics timeline works like this:
We initiated this cycle in late May 2026, which means the first large inventory batch from this new system arrives in mid-to-late July 2026. From that point forward, the vast majority of JenniBag orders will ship from US warehouses with 2–5 business day delivery — no factory routing, no tracking gaps, no anxiety about where your bag is coming from.
If you're ordering before that transition completes, express factory shipping is still the fallback when US stock is unavailable — and you'll get the same bag, the same carriers, and the same support behind it.
