Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Mediocre Product Quality

My experience with JenniBag has been frustrating from start to finish, both in terms of customer service and product quality.

My initial inquiry was sent on March 24, and today is April 9—seventeen days later—and this issue is still unresolved. For a company that advertises responsiveness and customer care, this prolonged back-and-forth over a simple shipping charge is unacceptable. What should have been a quick correction turned into an exhausting chain of emails, repeated requests for the same information, and shifting requirements just to recover a small shipping fee I should never have been charged in the first place.

JenniBag’s website clearly states they offer free shipping and a 60 day risk free guarantee, yet I was charged for shipping at the post office because postage was not paid on their end. Despite providing receipts and documentation multiple times, I am still not reimbursed. The process has been unnecessarily complicated, and at every step the burden was placed back on me rather than handled internally.

As for the products themselves, they do not justify the price or the hassle. The bags are mediocre at best. The fabric feels thin and flimsy, and the zippers do not operate smoothly or inspire confidence that they will hold up to real travel or long term use. For a bag marketed as durable and travel ready, the construction feels cheap.

Although JenniBag promotes a “risk free” 60 day guarantee, I am honestly hesitant to return anything at this point. If I can’t even get reimbursed for a shipping error that was not my fault, I have little confidence that a return would be handled fairly or smoothly.

Between misleading shipping claims, drawn out customer service delays, and lackluster product quality, this has been a deeply disappointing experience. I would not recommend JenniBag to anyone looking for dependable luggage or a company that stands behind its promises.

***During the course of trying to resolve my issue, I discovered additional information that has been deeply concerning. JenniBag is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has appeared multiple times on the BBB Scam Tracker. The reports describe experiences very similar to my own, including significant shipping delays, missing or incomplete orders, poor product quality, and disputed or unexplained charges.

While I cannot speak to the validity of every individual report, the consistency of these complaints is troubling and has only reinforced how vulnerable and unprotected I have felt as a customer. Rather than feeling supported by a transparent, accountable business, this discovery has made my ongoing struggle to resolve a simple issue feel part of a broader pattern. As a consumer, it is distressing to realize, after the fact, that the company I trusted may carry elevated risk compared to accredited retailers.

Finally brought JenniBag to Japan!!

I love this bag, it really fits A LOT and isn't very hard to carry, I got the beige color which looks really STYLISH, at first I worry Beige is hard to clean, but the bag is waterproof so it's super easy to clean with a damp clothes! Plus, the 360 roller is helpful in airport too, overall I strongly recommend ;)
